BIO
Alejandra Valdivia is a fine art photographer based in Chile, specializing in aerial compositions that explore geometry, minimalism, and rhythm from above. Her work captures everyday spaces—such as basketball courts, tennis fields, and coastlines—with an abstract visual language rooted in structure and harmony. Her works are part of private collections across Chile, North America and Europe.
STATEMENT
My work explores the tension between stillness and movement, order and spontaneity. From the air, I observe human spaces reduced to color, shape, and repetition.
I’m drawn to the everyday landscape—urban or natural—not to document it, but to reimagine it through structure and rhythm. Through this elevated perspective, I seek to reveal beauty in the ordinary, transforming familiar places into abstract visual compositions.
Aerial photography allows me to detach from the noise of ground-level life and approach the world as a visual language: geometric, minimal, and quietly intentional.
